Watertown Daily Times | High school boys basketball: Lowville surges into state Class B title game, faces Glens Falls in final

BINGHAMTON — Lowville is playing its best basketball of the season and at the perfect time. Against Center Moriches in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association semifinals, the Red Raiders drove to the basket, hit 3-pointers and rebounded better than they have all season.

The end result: an 80-68 victory to send Lowville to the Class B boys state finals.

Lowville has always relied on its 3-point shot, but when those perimeter shots weren’t falling, the Red Raiders began driving to the basket.
