WATERTOWN — Following the Federal Hockey League’s game official controversy earlier this week, league commissioner Don Kirnan says there won’t be any problem staffing league games from now through the end of the playoffs in April.
This includes Friday’s game between the Elmira Enforcers and the Watertown Wolves in Watertown, and beyond, Kirnan said.
“It’s unfortunate, but we’re trying to make the best of this,” Kirnan said by phone on Tuesday. “Some guys (officials) will work with us, some guys won’t. It’s just a question of who wants to work.”
